The follow-up to 2010′s BURNING FORTUNE is being recorded in Parkdale, Toronto, where the band are once again working with producer JAMESON ELLIOTT.  The as-yet untitled new album is due to be released later this year on Earache Records.

CAULDRON singer and bassist JASON DECAY comments:

“We recently entered the studio to record our new album.  Pretty much the same set up as last time with Jameson Elliott producing with us and recording close to home in Parkdale (Toronto) like we did on Burning Fortune.  Chris (Rites) has been nailing the drums and I really think this is the best we’ve ever sounded in the studio so far.  We feel very strongly about the new stuff and can’t wait for people to hear it.”

A Vulgar magában rejti hazánk egyik legismertebb gitárosát, Vörös Attilát, akinek Dimebag mániája már világszerte ismert. Elég csak megemlíteni a Floods videót, ami már 100.000-es nézettség felett jár. A Nevermore-ban is gitározó srác jelenleg ösztöndíjjal tanul Kaliforniában és ez lesz az első fellépése miután hazatért. Remélhetjük, hogy újabb szintre lép a hangszeres tudása a mesterek között eltöltött hónapok alatt. Közismert, hogy manapság Attila fő csapata a Leander, azonban nemcsak ő, hanem a dobos Budai Béla is játszik a pop metal bandában. Basszusgitáron a Scary Guys Metallica tribute-ben is nyomuló Guoth Zalán hallható. Időnként azonban át szokta venni tőle ezt a feladatot Köteles Leander, ha éppen arra jár. Az énekes pedig nem más, mint az agyas modern metal banda, a Room Of The Mad Robots énekese, PT.

A Slipchaos rendszeres szereplője a budapesti klubéletnek. Legutóbb a Bring The Bands Home Tribute Feszten adtak teltházas bulit a Dürerben. A maszkban, kifestve, egyenruhában fellépő Slipknot tribute minden koncertjén kicsalogatja az emberek farzsebéből a metal villát. A gRain Végh Dani vezetésével megdöbbentően élethűen tudják interpretálni a Korn hangzását és dalait. A banda fellépését a fent említett Bring The Bands Home-on rögzítette a concertphotos.hu stábja, amely felvételből egy közel félórás blokk elérhető a youtube-on A lelkes tinédzserekből álló Hellalive-t, a Machine Head iránti feltétlen rajongás hívta életre tavaly nyáron. A hevesi fiatalokból áll a négyes, egyik gitárosa egy törékeny tini lány, aki nem mellesleg Vörös Attila egyik legkiválóbb tanítványa.

A próbatermi pletykák arról szólnak, hogy a több banda is tervezi vendégek bevonását egymás produkcióba, ami nem meglepő, hiszen mindegyik csapat régi ismeretségben van egymással. Könnyen lehet, hogy egy olyan estének lehetnek szemtanúi a látogatók, amilyen többet nem kerül sor.

Ja, és a lényeg. A koncert ingyenes, hiszen a belépő 500 Ft, amely leiható Leventénél, a pultban.

A koncertek után természetesen dühöngés a kertben és az aulában a legfémebb slágerekre.
