KAOTOXIN records is proud to announce the addition of C.O.A.G. to its recording artists roster and to announce the immediate release of “Sociopath“, the band’s debut single.
C.O.A.G., which stands for “Coalition Of Abnormal Grinders”, is none other than one of the dozen of projects by gifted musician Déhà, which is already behind WE ALL DIE (laughing), the band that was guesting on EYE OF SOLITUDE‘s “The Deceit“.
C.O.A.G. is also already featured on “In Grindo Veritas“, KAOTOXIN records’ Grindcore compilation, with a previously unreleased track that’s not appearing on “Sociopath”. As part of the compilation, Déhà was also interviewed in the debut, #0, issue of the label’s magazine, TOXIC KAOS magazine.
KAOTOXIN records is releasing C.O.A.G.’s debut single, “Sociopath”, a 15 tracks for 13+ minutes dark Grindcore aggression, TODAY as part of its SideBlasts Series. The single is available digitally NOW at the label’s BandCamp and will be available on all major digital distribution platforms (iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Spotify, etc.) by January 14th, 2014.
Blending the supposedly unblendable, C.O.A.G.’s “Sociopath” is the band’s debut manifesto of blackened Grindcore ; the first brick of a future monument of chaos and hateful blasting darkness, such as the stunningly dark artwork by renewed artist Maxime Taccardi (Necrophagia…) suggests. Check it out!
Like COLOSUS‘ “Blestem“, C.O.A.G.’s “Sociopath” is available as part of the KAOTOXIN SideBlasts Series, a crowdfunded series of releases by side-projects of KAOTOXIN artists, that allows the fans to support a release by purchasing its digital version and getting a discount code of the very same value they can use at the KAOTOXIN shop which means that supporting on of the SideBlasts Series releases cost them absolutely nothing and, even better, they’re thanked in a special “supporters” thanklist which will be featured on all future physical versions of the release they supported once the crowdfunding campaign met the goals set for each release individually (based on the physical support the artist choose as a future release).
