U.S. progressive metal icons FATES WARNING will be returning to Europe for a headlining tour in March 2012, before resuming songwriting work on a new studio album effort.
The band briefly checked in to comment the upcoming activity as follows:
“We’re pleased to be returning to Europe again in March, and we’re particularly excited to be playing some new territories in Eastern Europe.
We’re also looking forward to our first trip to South America where we’ll be opening a show for our friends, Queensrÿche, in Sao Paulo on April 14th.
Meanwhile, we continue working on FW11 and hope to be in the studio this summer.”

FATES WARNING were founded in 1983 in Connecticut and can note 10 studio albums in their long, impressing and inspiring band history so far.
Their latest studio album “FWX” was released in 2004 and afterwards the DVD “Live In Athens” followed in 2005 via InsideOutMusic.
