After the departure of former bass player Toine van der Linden – due to personal circumstances – MARTYR immediately set focus on finding a replacement and succeeded within two weeks when Jeffrey blew them away at his first audition for the band. MARTYR is pleased to say to have found the perfect man for the job.
But Jeffrey is not just a new bass player, he is a new member who fit the shoes of representing MARTYR on all levels. Bringing the power, strength and skills to the classic 80’s MARTYR songs as well as the current and future MARTYR tunes, Jeffrey is taking the ambition to the next level.
An ambition that will be noticed after recording a newMARTYR album end 2013, early 2014 with an expected release later in 2014. Jeffrey’s first live appearance will be on the famous Tattoo fest 2013 on August 24th in Nijverdal – Netherlands followed by more festival appearances over Europe.
