Joel Grind and TOXIC HOLOCAUST recently wrapped up a Euro tour with fellow Relapse Records mates EXHUMED and, in two weeks time, will be embarking on a twisted journey with thrash powerhouse SKELETONWITCH in Australia and New Zealand. The band are still riding the wave of success that was 2013’s Chemistry of Consciousness which was called the #12 album of the year by Decibel Magazine, „…one of thrash’s most exciting modern bands,” by Loudwire, „…the aural equivalent of a cobra with a chest tattoo of a double helix and syringes for fangs getting ready to strike amidst two flesh-like walls of anxious, bloodshot eyes…,” by MetalSucks, ” and„a bottled up riot distilled into musical form,” by Metal Injection. Listen to Chemistry of Consciousness at Bandcamp here and check out the psychedelic video for Acid Fuzz here (YouTube) or here (Dailymotion).
BLACK TUSK are road warriors of the most extreme kind and have been touring relentlessly since the release of their 2013 EP Tend No Wounds which Rock-a-Rolla Magazine called „as merciless as the title suggests, with haggard blast-furnace riffs soused by bellicose riffs and gut-burning screams.” Check out Tend No Wounds on Bandcamp here and watch the video for Truth Untold here (YouTube) or here (Dailymotion).
