Singaporean grindcore trio WORMROT are due to kick off a European tour tonight in Bath, UK.
The band will be grinding their way around the UK for ten shows, before heading on to mainland Europe for a mixture of festival appearances and club shows, including three shows in Italy with Swedish grindcore legends NASUM.
WORMROT frontman ARIF ROT recently spoke with This Thing Called Progress ahead of the tour. An excerpt from the interview follows:
„When it comes to touring, no matter if it’s in Europe, US or Asia, personally, I get nervous every single time dude. But knowing that we will be meeting our old and new friends across Europe is a pretty fucking amazing feeling. Touring is basically the only time off from reality. Not worrying about anything else and just grind the fuck out.”
