Hello! Üdvözlet Magyarországról! Először kérlek mutassátok be a zenekart a magyar metal rajongóknak! Mik voltak eddig a legfontosabb események a zenekar számára?
Minden koncert nagyszerű, a lemezkiadási buli pedig kifejezetten fasza volt! Teltházas buli volt és nagyszerű volt az előzenekar is, a „Repent”.
Júliusban jelent meg az első lemezetek Cast In Iron címmel. Hogyan íródtak a számok? Esetleg van valami különleges módszeretek a dalírásra? Ki volt a fő dalszerző? Hol készültek a felvételek?
A langelsheimi „Pure Sonic”-ban vettük fel, Jost Schlüter felügyelete alatt. Rátermett ember és nagyon jó vele dolgozni. Ő készítette a thrashmetal kombót, a HEADSHOTot. A számokat már megírtuk a felvétel előtt. Jost egy igazi maximalista, aki mindig 120%-ra törekszik, még akkor is, ha már 100%-on állunk. Szerintem ez hallatszik is a végeredményen. A dalszövegek nagy részét én írtam. Denis és Harms szerezték a zenét.
Milyen hatások érvényesülnek leginkább a dalokban? Mik a kedvenc zenekaraitok?
A hatások hallhatók a „Cast in Iron”-ban. Olyan bandák inspiráltak, mint a Judas Priest, Iron Maiden vagy Nevermore.
Hogyan találtátok rá a Massacre Records kiadóra?
A Massacrerel szerződtünk le. Demot nem, bár a kész albumot elküldtük nekik. Amikor megkaptuk az ajánlatot, nem kellett sokat gondolkodnunk a válaszon. *hehe*
Terveztek videót valamelyik dalhoz?
Nem terveztünk eddig videoklipet, de több koncertet szeretnénk adni. Izgatottan várjuk a fellépéseket, szeretnénk jó kis Iron Fate Heavy Metalt adni az embereknek.
Az Imagine a Better World című dalotok a kedvencem a lemezről. Ez egy ballada, egy lassú szerzemény, fogjátok játszani koncerteken?
Igen, persze! Nagyszerű dal! Főleg a nőknek tetszik *hehe*
Sok fesztiválfellépésetek volt a nyáron? Már az évszak végén járunk. Várható valamilyen turné az album terjesztésére az ősszel? Mik a terveitek a közeljövőre?
Ahogy korábban mondtam, keményen dolgozunk az élő koncerteken. Nem valószínű, hogy turnéra megyünk, mivel mindenki dolgozik, de hétvégenként szeretnénk játszani és megmutatni az embereknek, hogy a hagyományos heavy metal nem egyenlő a régi metállal.
Elképzelhető, hogy Magyarországra is jöttök majd? Sok metálrajongó van itt. 🙂
Remélem lesz lehetőségünk Magyarországra utazni. Imádom Magyarországot. Voltam már nyaralni Budapesten.

Először is, szeretnénk megköszönni az érdeklődést. Jól alakul a hagyományos heavy metal, úgyhogy vissza a gyökerekhez és hallgassatok Cast In Iron-t! Mindenkinek tetszeni fog, aki szereti az old-school anyagokat!

Hello! Greetings from Hungary! First of all please introduce the band to the Hungarian metal fans! What were the most important events in the story of the band until now?
Every Concert, we played was great and individually but especially our release gig was a fucking cool event. We had a sold out club and good luck with the support named “Repent”.
In July was released your first album, Cast In Iron. How did you write the songs? Do you have any special method to make them? Who was the main songwriter? Where did you record the album?
We recorded at “Pure Sonic” in Langelsheim under the direction of Jost Schlüter. A very capable man. It was very funny to work with him. He by the way also produced for the thrash metal-combo HEADSHOT. The songs have been written before and recorded at the studio. Jost is a real perfectionist who tries to get 120% even if there are already a 100% given. And I think that is something you can hear in the endresult. Most of the lyrics are written by me. Denis and Harms composed the music for the songs.
What influences impressed the songs mainly? What are your favourite bands?
Our influences can be heard on “Cast In Iron”. There are bands like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden or Nevermore that influenced and inspired us.
How did you find Massacre Records?
We applied at Massacre. We did not send a demo, though, we only sent the finished production, which we recorded in the Pure Sonic Studios. When we got the offer from Massacre, we didn’t have to think about about our answer for very long. *laughs *
Are you going to make a videoclip to one of the songs?
A video-clip is not planned until now. But we will show more live presence in the near future. We are very excited because all of this and definitely want to be on stage to make people´s ears vibrate with some good Iron Fate Heavy Metal.
/Imagine a Better World/ is my favouirte from the album. It’s a ballad, a slower slong, will it be on the setlist?
Yes, of course!! It´s a great song. And especially the female fans love that track *laugh*
Do you have many festival gigs in the summer? Now comes the final part of the season. Are you going to make any album promoting tour following to that? What are your plans for the near future?
How I said earlier, we try hard to show some life presence too. It probably won’t be a tour because we are all having a job, but we will be on stage on weekends and show that traditional heavy metal isn’t to be put with old metal yet.
Do you plan to come to Hungary too? Here are many metalheads.
Oh I hope that we get the chance travel to Hungary and play some shows. I love Hungary. I was on vacation in Budapest.
And lastly is something else that you want to tell to the readers?
Primary, we want to thank you for the interest in Iron Fate. It looks really good again for traditional Heavy Metal at the moment. So, go back to the roots and listen to Cast In Iron. I think, everyone who likes the old school stuff will enjoy our album.
