Az elmúlt pár évben, nagyon sok „nagy visszatérésnek” lehettünk szem és fültanúi. Ilyen zenekarok az Onslaught, Emperor, Immortal stb., és még sorolhatnánk. Közéjük tartozik az Atheist is. Ezen két lemezes kiadványuk során igazán nagy meglepetés ért. Az első lemez egy live felvétel, amit a Wacken fesztiválon rögzítettek, a második pedig válogatott Atheist nótákat tartalmaz. Igazából a válogatás korongon, a klasszikus dalok találhatóak meg, ugyanúgy a live felvételen is. Őszintén szólva, nagyon nagy örömmel töltött el az a tény anno 2006-ban, hogy egyik kedvenc death bandám végre újból összeállt. A stúdió lemezzel ha nem is, de ezzel a két CD-s kiadványukkal egy kis „fájdalomcsillapítóként” enyhítik a rajongók kínjait, mind a régi, mind az újonnan szerzett rajongókét.
A koncertfelvételen hallott számokat, tökéletes pontossággal adják elő a srácok, hibát nem találni bennük. Így kellene szólnia a legtöbb live anyagnak. Kelly nagyszerű hangulatot tud csinálni, és nagyon jól elő is adja magát. Összesen a koncertlemezen nyolc, míg a válogatás cd-n tizenegy dal hangzik el. Érdekes, hogy mindkét korongon nagyon jól megválogatták, hogy mely nóták kerüljenek fel, illetve melyeket játsszák élőben.
A borító természetesen, Atheist-es, a minőség kiváló, már csak egy új stúdió koronggal kellene előrukkolni, mert arra már nagyon fáj a fogam, és szerintem ezzel nem csak én vagyok így.

ENGLISH VERSION:
There are so many bands who made a big return in the past few years, like Onslaught, Emperor, Immortal, and so on. Atheist is also one of those bands. This double album of them really came as a surprise for me. CD 1 is a live disc, recorded on Wacken festival. CD 2 is a „Best Of” CD. In real, we can hear the classic songs of them on both albums. To be honest, I was very delighted in 2006 with the fact that one of my favourite death bands finally made their return. This is not a studio album, but it can be a painkiller for the fans (including both the new and the old fans) who may starve from the absence of the band.
The live recorded songs are really performed accurately, there’s no mistake in them. All live stuff should sound that well. Kelly can make a great atmosphere, and he performs himself well, too. There are eight songs on the concert disc, while there are eleven songs recorded on the „Best Of” CD. They really made good choices when they selected the songs for both the live and the „Best Of” CD, that’s interesting.
The cover is of course ateistish, the quality is great, now I only miss a new studio album, they should really come out with it. I think there are many fans who agree.
