Igazán szerencsésnek tartom magam, hogy az olasz csapat első lemezéről írhatok. Nagyszerű kezdés, egy igazi alap, hogy egyedivé váljanak. Miért is írom ezt? Nos, alternatív melodikus death metalnak vannak titulálva, és részben igaz is! Ez a zene egyszerre tud erős kíméletlen zúzást produkálni, és egyszerre tud kellemes dallamokkal elkápráztatni, és egy olyan sajátos légkört teremteni, amit szerintem nagyon nehezen lehetne definiálni.
Annyira változatos, és sokszínű zenét raktak össze a fiúk, hogy az irigylésre méltó. Zseniális szóló, agresszív riffek, kellemes akusztikus témák, fantasztikus hangulat. Ámbár ami a legelején kicsit szokatlan volt számomra, az a torzított ének, de a későbbiek folyamán, már egyáltalán nem zavaró, pont ellenkezőleg, sokat dob a zene agresszivitásán.
Már rögtön a legelső nótánál kapaszkodhatunk a törülközőnkbe. A „Trash For Sale” mutatja meg, hogy milyen minőségű anyagra is számíthatunk a következő negyvenöt percben. Épp, hogy csak vége szakadt az első nótának, máris kapjuk a következő súlyt az arcunkba az „Art of Free”, illetve „Self ID Generator” tolmácsolásában. Mindezek után, egy nagyon finom kezdést hallhatunk, a „The H Factor”-ban, amely egy középtempós, kifejezetten melodikus témákból felépített dalnak számít, tiszta énekkel, fergeteges szólókkal megspékelve. Bár mondjuk a „Joker The Fast” inkább hasonlít valamilyen metalcore számra, nem olyan rossz dalocska ez, főleg a vége felé leledző kis gitár impróknak. Nagyon érdekes levezetése a dalnak, de nem probléma, mert sorban a következő dal a „Infinite Dump System Circle” esetében elég kemény a folytatás. Ami még igazán hatalmasat üt az a „Beauty Clown” a maga kemény groove-os arctépős riffjeivel, de nagyon zseniális dal a „Very Important Pointless” is. Kicsit a Slipknotra hajaz, de nem annak valami silány másolata! Sőt! Paolo itt mutatja micsoda kivételes tehetség. Végre több hangon is énekel.
Elérkeztünk az utolsó dalhoz. Az album címadó dala, tömény hat és fél percben prezentálja nekünk, hogy olyan egyszerűen nem tudhatjuk le a korongot. Eszeveszett tekerések, iszonyatos, lendületes erő. Kompromisszumoktól mentes befejezés ez, és természetesen eszméletlen jó szólók. Hát igen csak „kellemes” korong az Urban Being! És nem csak a zene kiváló. A Booklet annyira passzol a lemezhez, az atmoszférához, hogy már-már azt lehetne mondani, hogy egy mestermunkának számító albumot tart az ember a két kezében. Remélem még találkozni fogok a nevükkel!

ENGLISH VERSION:
I feel lucky to write about the first album of this Italian band. It’s a great beginning, a good base step towards becoming unique. And why am I writing this? Well, it’s marked as alternative melodic death metal, and it’s partly true! This music can offer us merciless heavy trashing and soft, charming melodies at the same time. With that, it has quite an unique atmosphere, which is hard to be exactly defined.
The variousity of the music of these guys are enviable. Brilliant solos, aggressive riffs, nice acoustic themes, great atmosphere. Though the distorted vocals was quite unusual for me after first listening, later I found it an enhancing factor to the aggressiveness of the music, and it wasn’t disturbing anymore.
Even the first song crushes us. „Trash For Sale” shows us how great quality music is what we can hear in the forthcoming 45 minutes. Just after the first track has finished, the next songs hit our face directly. They are „Art of Free” and „Self ID Generator”. Then we can hear the very smooth intro of „The H Factor”. This mid tempo song is constructed of quite melodic themes, the vocals are clean there, and it’s peppered by awesome solos. Though „Joker The Fast” is more like a metalcore track, it’s not a bad song, mostly because of the guitar improvisation through the end. It’s quite an interesting way to finish a song, but it’s not a problem, since the beginning of the next song, „Infinite Dump System Circle”, is quite heavy. „Beauty Clown” is a great hit with its heavy groove-like trashing riffs, but „Very Important Pointless” is a brilliant track as well. The latter song is a bit like Slipknot, but it’s not a sloppy copy of it. Moreover, Paolo really shows there his exceptional talent there. Finally, we can hear different voices of him.
And then comes the last song ont he album. It has the same title as the album, and it really tells us that it would be a mistake to neglect this album. Awesome wiggling there, and outstanding dynamic power. There are no compromises through this ending, of course, the solos are really superb. Well, „Urban Being” is a really „nice” album! And not only for the music. The booklet perfectly fits the album and its atmosphere. I’m about to say that this album is a masterpiece. I hope I’ll hear about them in the future, too!
