Végre eljött az idő, hogy egy hazai lemezről írjak. Azért is örülök ennek, mert nem ismertem a nevükön kívül eddig még ezt a debreceni együttest, koncerten sem találkoztam a zenéjükkel. 2003-ban alakult a banda, átestek pár tagcserén, 2005-ben kiadtak egy demo-t „Following Victims” címmel, ez letölthető a http://hatredsolution.uw.hu/pages/demo.php oldalról. A Myspace-en pedig a jelenlegi anyag hallgatható meg teljes egészében, azaz a 6 szám mind a 24 perce.
Ha fizikai formátumban szeretnétek hozzájutni, akkor ezt 1000 Ft + pkg.-ért megtehetitek.
A felállás: Egri Mátyás – ének (ő felelős a dalszövegekért is), Fényes Roland – gitár, Veress Dávid – bass & vokál, Bakos Attila – dob. Horváth Attila (Subscribe, ex-Shell Beach gitáros) segítségével a Bakery-ben rögzítették, keverték és maszterelték az anyagot, a megszokott erős hangzás így egyértelmű. „Kezdő” zenekar nem is kívánhatna jobbat. Egy komplex, súlyos EP-vel van dolgunk, mindenképp megérdemlik a nagyobb odafigyelést, aki szereti az ilyen zenét (kb. FallenIntoAshes/Blood Is Fire/Blind Myself mix) az csekkolja ezt a kislemezt, és élőben is nézze meg őket! Az említett bandáknál azért deathcore-osabb muzsikát tolnak a srácok, meg különben is mindig belevisznek valami pluszt, nem csak egyszerű másolásról van itt szó. Üvöltés, csordavokál, hörgés, tiszta ének – van itt minden. Átlagban 3-4 perces nóták sorakoznak, ez alól kivétel a kettes a maga 6 és fél percével, és az ötös, elborult tétel az 1:45 körüli idejével.
Nem okozott csalódást a zenekar, és annak is örülök, hogy már nem fogom összekeverni őket a The (Hated) Tomorrow nevű valamivel… 🙂
Nyáron az Azfeszten meg lehet tekinteni őket!

At last, the time has come to review a Hungarian release. I’m also glad about this because I haven’t known this band from Debrecen beside their name, and I haven’t had the chance to check them live either. The band was formed in 2003, they had some line-up changes, and in 2005 they released a demo titled „Following Victims”, which can be downloaded from http://hatredsolution.uw.hu/pages/demo.php. And on their myspace page, this stuff in question can be listened to in its entirety, that is 6 songs in 24 minutes.
If you want to own an original copy, then you can have it for 1000 HUF+p&p.
The line-up includes: Mátyás Egri – vox (and lyricist), Roland Fényes – guitar, Dávid Veress – bass and vox, Attila Bakos – drums. The material was recorded, mixed and mastered with the help of Attila Horváth (Subscribe, ex-Shell Beach guitarist) at Bakery, so the usual powerful sound is guaranteed. „Beginner” bands cannot wish any better than this. We are dealing with a complex, heavy EP which deserves attention for sure, and those who like this kind of music (approx. Fallen Into Ashes/Blood Is Fire/Blind Myself mix), check this EP and check the band live too! They are more deathcore than those mentioned and they add some plus to the whole so they are no copycats. Howling, gang vocals, growling, clean vocals – we have everything here. The average track length is 3-4 minutes, except for track no. 2 with its 6 and a half minute, and the fifth one with a playing time of 1:45.
They did not disappoint me and I’m also glad that I won’t mix them for the thing named The (Hated) Tomorrow…
