The Danish groove metal beast Electric Hellride (the winners of the last Danish edition of W:O:A Metal Battle) are now ready with new material, the first new material to see the light of day, since the debut album “Hate.Control.Manipulate” from 2012 (released on Mighty Music).
“Come Darkness, Come Light” are the title for Electric Hellride’s new release, a 4 song EP which will be released the 5th of May through the bands own label ElHell Records and will be available on CD, Vinyl and free download.

“Come Darkness, Come Light” sees Electric Hellride evolving and changing the music into something more varied and diverse. This is also the primary reason for choosing to release an EP instead of a full length album. The band is working hard with the songwriting for the next album but wanted to make a little stop in the studio to try out some of the new stuff as well as to test the music on the fans and potential new fans.
The four tracks were recorded in Grizzly Sauer Studio with Emil Buus Sauer, who previously have worked the Helhorse’s critically acclaimed “Oh Death” and Cerekloth’s evil master piece “In the Midst of Life…”.
